"Diamond" - Ceremony & Reception Program (up to five hours)

 

Ceremony

  • Private consultation to select ceremony music and discuss your wedding day.

  • On-line planning and music service.

  • Unlimited phone consultation and e-mail.

  • Coordination with officiant and wedding performers (if applicable).

  • Provide 1/2 hours of your selected prelude music.

  • Wireless lapel microphone for officiant.

  • Wireless handheld microphone(s) for vocalist and/or readers.

  • Staging of bride, groom and bridal party prior to ceremony.

  • Provide all accompaniment music for seating of family, entrance of
    bridal party, bride, vocalist (if applicable), unity candle & recessional.

 

Reception

  • Play your selected music during cocktails & meal.

  • Emcee event & perform all announcements.

  • Provide coordination between professionals (i.e. photographer,
    videographer, caterer, etc.)

  • Wireless microphone & sound activated, dance lighting system.
